I had two experiences in this store and both were beyond my expectations. My first experience was as a new customer looking for a good set of headphones. The staff took the time to show me what they had in stock and ask me what was my daily used. After a couple of minutes of discussion I left with my new set of headphones and even got a quite nice discount on them. The second time I went as a returning customer with a friend that had lost its phone receipt (which he had bought a couple of years back). After talking to the manager and giving the necessary information, a couple of days later I received called telling me they found the receipt. Long story short, they had called the headquarters and were able to retrieved the 3 year old phone receipt. If you are looking for good service and the latest product for a reasonable price, this is the store for you.
